Verification / security filtering
We have a verification policy for every new tenants who need their message to be filtered by security filtering. It will take 5 min to 2 hours to be cleared during business hours to be approved.
This is just for the first time sms send and helps remove spammer to send out spam sms to unsubscribed customers.
Once you are approved with the first message we don't have to worry about security filtering/verification.
If you happen to have an issue to send sms as a first time customer please visit our support page and send us notification if it's still not working after a few tries.
